Sarah began her professional career in social work after graduating from IU Bloomington. She acted as a liaison between the client and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by aiding in the schedule of appointments, navigating interviews, obtaining referrals, and gathering necessary documents to secure housing through HUD. She ensured that these individuals could access housing and continue their rehabilitation back into society. Her experiences during this time have taught her how to assess a person’s goals and identify what resources are available to achieve them.

Sarah and her family have called Winamac their home since 2017. While she is a transplant to the community, her husband and family have deep roots in Pulaski County. Owners of the Sanders Foods grocery store, they are one of the few remaining independently operated grocery stores in Indiana. You might say that customer service runs through their veins.

In 2020, Sarah decided it was time to reenter the workforce and pursued a career in real estate. She obtained her license in 2021, taught herself how to utilize Adobe Photoshop and began social media marketing campaigns for a local agent.

Now, Sarah is transitioning from marketing to sales at Redlow Group.
