Quick Answer
Who is the Redlow Group team behind Indiana real estate?
The Redlow Group is a full team of Indiana real estate agents and staff — from seasoned veterans to fresh faces — all based in the communities they serve. Specifically, the March Madness showdown was their first annual team event — and it showed exactly who these people are: competitive, genuine, and genuinely fun to work with.
You hire a real estate agent, but you get a whole team. At Redlow Group, that team includes a 6’9″ former Purdue guard, a pickleball devotee who claims she doesn’t play basketball, a self-described “baller university” alum, and a broker who may or may not have needed a little help claiming the trophy. Meet them all — one free-throw at a time.

Cold Day, Big Energy, and a Trophy
Cold Day, Big Energy, and a Trophy
It started with trash talk and ended with a handshake trophy. The Redlow Group gathered for its first annual March Madness team event, playing a spirited game of H-O-R-S-E — renamed “House” in true realtor fashion. Rules were simple: make it first, or get housed. Conditions were anything but simple. Wind. Cold. And a roster stacked with people who made no promises about their shooting ability.
Darren Arvin opened with a mention of Ivy Tech. Dave Nolan — a 6’9″ guard from Purdue — reminded everyone he once played at the highest level. Cody Miller, firmly positioned as the primary threat, delivered both the most confidence and the most dramatic exit. By the end, the team made a collective decision. In the spirit of the Redlow Group’s greatest value — taking care of people — the trophy went to owner and broker Ryan Clemons. The staff noted that he did, in fact, make some great shots. They also noted that the weather was terrible. Either way, it counts.
“I will probably go into manufacturing — because this competition is too steep and these guys are 100 years younger than I am.”
— Dave Nolan, Redlow Group Agent

What a Strong Team Culture Means for You

What a Strong Team Culture Actually Means for You
What a Strong Team Culture Actually Means for You
Real estate transactions are high-stakes, emotionally loaded, and deeply personal. The agent sitting across from you at the table matters — not just their license, but their character. When the Redlow Group team gathers for a March Madness shootout in freezing Indiana weather, they are showing something that is hard to fake: they actually like each other.
That matters for clients. A team that communicates well internally handles problems faster. A team that laughs together handles pressure better. Additionally, a team that shows up on a cold day to be ridiculous together is the same team that shows up when your closing is delayed, your inspection comes back complicated, or your timeline changes at the last minute.
Redlow Group serves communities across Indiana — from Monticello and Winamac to Logansport and beyond. Each agent on this team is rooted in those communities. They went to school here, raised families here, and know the difference between a neighborhood that looks good on paper and one that actually delivers. Our Monticello community guide covers what makes these communities worth choosing.
What to Expect When You Work With Redlow Group
Every client who calls Redlow Group gets the whole team behind them — the data, the local expertise, and the people. Whether you are buying your first home, selling a property you have owned for decades, or relocating to Indiana from somewhere else entirely, you get agents who know this market and teammates who back each other up. The March Madness video was not a marketing campaign. It was a Tuesday. This is who they are when no one is asking them to perform — which is exactly who you want negotiating your next real estate transaction.
